I only found out when reading an article on IGN last week about actors playing themselves. One of their favourites was NPH - post-closet - in the second Harold and Kumar, playing himself as a self-professed pussy magnet :)

Old news, happened like, what, two years ago? Three? I remember thinking how ironic it was, as he had just appeared as "himself" in Harold & Kumar.
